Today GO | School for Information conducted the 1s of 3 workshops at Acuril 2016. The topic was ‘Transition to real customer focused information services’. The 30 participants worked on the understanding of their Added Value and it’s importance.
The 2nd part of the workshop dealed with the way of communicating the Added Value to stakeholders like users, colleagues or management. Inspired by Steve Jobs the participants worked on slogans, headlines, keywords and gave answers to the important question ‘What’s in it for me?’ And they came up with some pretty good results.
Even a short powercut couldn’t stop the animated discussions. And why should it. You can have a good conversation in the dark 😉
If we go by the enthusiastic reactions of the particpants we can conlcude that the it was a meaningful workshop.
