Last week 6 students from different governmental organisations of Aruba, Curacao and St. Eustatius started their 6 day course on Digital Document and Information Management. This is the first time we provide an online course specially developed for our colleagues in the Dutch Caribbean.
The course covers topics like digitzing of documents, setting up an digital archive, effective file structures, law and regulations, search and sustainable preservation of documents.
