Last week GO | School for Information took part in Computers In Libraries Connect 2021 (CILConnect). This year’s program was packed with interesting, innovatve and inspiring sessions from al around the globe. We learned again that libraries have an important role to play in the modern information society. New techniques were demonstrated, best practices shared and ideas presented to close to 1000 participants.
A lot of delegates visisted our digital booth to learn about GO | School for information’s portfolio of courses and workshops. As we are still new to the North American market it was good to notice that our courses do fit the needs of librarians in this region as well!
On the last afternoon of the conference our Marketing Manager Eric Kokke provided a workshop in ‘Strategic Use of Social Media’. A refresher on why we use Social Media and how to generate the attention you need in times of Information Overload!
