In March and April the librarians of the Biblioteku Nacional de Bonaire followed a 6 day course on modern library competences. The focus of this training was to develop the skills needed to optimize customer satisfaction and to attract more visitors to this beautiful public library.
Lecturer Peter Becker surprised the attendees with interactive and practical classes to optimize the learning result. At the end of 6 days all attendees received their well deserved certificates. And, maybe needless to saym they couldn’t wait to get started with their new learned skills. The people of Bonaire will notice
