Back at the beautiful island of Aruba it was time to visit the Archivo Nacional in Oranjestad. In fact this meeting was a sequence to a Skype conversation about 3 years ago. A lot has changed since then, but the need for education still excists.
In an animated discussion we draw the conclusion that a train-the-trainer program in combination with a knowlegde update at this moment should have the priority. So, the homework for next week is to develop a fitting program. At the same time the Archivo will start to select suitable trainers for the program.
