Last stop on a rather hectic day was Bonaire. After emailing for nearly a year it was very nice to see the people involved. And again the topic of the meeting was the need of education. It didn’t take much time to agree on a suitable program for the employees of the Biblioteka Publiko Boneiru. If everything goes according to plan we will start a training in september 2016.
We discussed the specific subjects for the training and how to organise this. The program will contain topics like classification, metadata, retrieval as well as communication, customer focus and digital information services. All employees are looking forward to the training!
