On 14 May, Martijn van der Wind, chair of GCC Olympia, confirmed a 3 year sponsorship by presenting the new club outfit featuring the GO opleidingen logo to Eric Kokke, director of GO Opleidingen and player at Olympia.
With this sponsorship, GO Opleidingen aims to contribute to the development of cricket in the Gouda region: a wonderful sport that is still relatively unknown in the Netherlands. By supporting this small but enthusiastic club in Gouda, new initiatives can be developed, particularly in the area of youth cricket.
GCC Olympia currently has two senior teams and an under-9 team. Through this sponsorship contribution, GO Opleidingen expects to make a valuable contribution to promoting sport in Gouda.
The agreement has been entered into for a period of three years. Together, GO Opleidingen and GCC Olympia aim to help cricket grow in Gouda while building a strong partnership.
