At the moment we are in full preparation for setting up a Library School in Suriname. We are doing this in cooperation with the National Database Suriname and with the help of the GO Foundation.
Last Thursday 14 November the 1st information day took place in Suriname. Over 130 attendees got informed on our 2 courses! A great succes!
The project managers Jane Smith (NDS and director of the library of Anton de Kom University of Suriname) and Eric Kokke (GO | School for Information) informed the interested parties about the courses, the structure and the value of working in a librarie.
The courses, both basic and advanced, will start at the beginning of 2020!
