GO | School for Information follows the general terms and conditions of the NRTO apply; in addition, the following provisions apply:

General registration

Registration is only possible by sending a fully completed registration form (via the website). Applications will be processed in order of receipt. Reservation is not possible. GO | School for Information reserves the right to postpone or cancel a training activity in case of insufficient interest. Course dates are subject to change.

Admission

In principle, only persons who meet the admission requirements are admitted. In special cases it is possible to deviate from this. More information can be found in the various course descriptions. A participant may be denied participation in the lessons if incorrect information on the registration form is subsequently found.

Confirmation of admission and method of payment

After receiving the registration form you will receive a confirmation of enrollment. A few weeks before the start of the course you will receive an invitation with directions and any other relevant information. You will also receive an invoice. If you do not pay the course fee yourself, the invoice will be sent directly to your employer or the paying agency. The course fee must be paid before the first day of the course.

All prices are:

  • including examination fees
  • free of VAT
  • subject to typing errors.

For a number of courses, a special price has been set for members of professional and trade associations. This is mentioned in the course concerned.

Registration of personal and employer data

By entering into an agreement with GO | School for Information, GO | School for Information is granted permission for automatic processing of the personal and employer data obtained from the agreement. GO | School for Information will only use these data for its own activities. GO | School for Information will manage the personal data obtained by it in the manner prescribed by law.

Cancellation and premature termination

GO trainings reserves the right to cancel a course if participation is insufficient.

The reflection period for registration is fourteen days.

Cancellation of a course application, examination or premature termination of a training activity must always be done in writing. In case of cancellation of a course application or exam, the following costs will be charged:

In case of cancellation within the reflection period, no costs will be charged.

In case of cancellation of participation in one of the training programs after confirmation of admission and within four weeks before the start of the first course day, 10% of the course fee will be charged.

In case of cancellation of participation in a short course, module or workshop, after confirmation of admission and within four weeks before the start of the first course day, the full course fee will be charged.

In case of cancellation of participation in an examination, the examination fee will be refunded if the cancellation takes place two months before the date of the first examination opportunity. No refund will be made in the event of later cancellation.

In the event of early termination of participation in a study programme, the following regulations apply, after deduction of € 50 administration costs:

When participating in a diploma programme, the course fees (as calculated on separate registration) of the modules taken will be charged. The remaining course and examination fees will be refunded.

If a participant terminates a short course, module or workshop prematurely, there will be no refund of course or examination fees.

The agreement is terminated upon the death of the participant, with a refund in accordance with the part of the course, module or workshop not yet taken.

Rights to course material and work pieces

Unless otherwise stated, copyrights and user rights to the course material are vested in GO | School for Information. The teaching material provided is for the personal use of the participants only. Documents etc. produced within the framework of the courses become the property of GO | School for Information. If GO | School for Information or a participant wishes to publish or multiply a work as such, this must be done by mutual agreement.

Examinations and diplomas

The examinations are conducted under the responsibility of the Examination Board of GO programs. The EC reserves the right to refuse a participant access to the examination if the required supporting documents with regard to the preparatory training have not been submitted.
