This three-day workshop explores communication innovations in the 21st century which impact on how information is created, used, shared and maintained.  It focuses on  new roles and skill sets required for actively engaging users of Galleries, Libraries, Archives and Museums (GLAMs) via these emerging and disruptive technologies. Participants will be introduced to real-world innovations which can be easily integrated and utilized in all types of GLAMs to ensure that they remain at the cutting edge of technology and can enable visualization, sharing, presenting and communication of  information in real-time. The ability to market services and expand user audiences will be explored as well.
